Alternatively, if you are looking for a development opportunity with planning permission already granted, we are regularly approached with details of small development sites
The key to a good deal is the return. We will help with the decision process by completing due diligence for you and providing you with the facts and figures for you to make the most informed decision
If you want to be a landlord or you already are and you want to expand, portfolio building is a time-consuming process. We will not only find you the best property investment opportunities, we will also manage them to completion on your behalf. We will liaise with lawyers, agents, brokers and vendors on each property. If your strategy is to buy and hold, we are ideally positioned to take away the burden. If you buy in a limited company name, we have experience in special purpose vehicles (SPV) to optimize your tax efficiencies and are often approached by landlords wishing to sell entire portfolios, for those looking for an accelerated process.
Once you have purchased your property, there are always a million things that need to be done. If you wish to be ‘hands off’ (and let’s face it, who doesn’t?) we can organize and execute your refurbishment projects, design your conversions, turn houses in HMO’s, convert commercial to residential, work with architects, surveyors, designers, contractors and local authorities. A full turnkey service is available if required.
