New Partnership Secures Additional Brokerage Services for PPM Investors
Property Portfolio Management is always on the look out for new ways to make life easier for our group of investors, it is part of our ethos and integral to the way that we do business. It was our desire to provide excellent service to our investors that prompted us to join the Jive Property Group recently and also to explore new potential partnerships that will help our investors maximise their potential return on investment from their property investments.

In this context, Property Portfolio Management is proud to announce that we have just signed a deal to work alongside a Pinner based group of companies who will provide specialised brokerage services to our investors.
What Does This Mean?
A brokerage is a firm that charges a fee or commission to execute buy and sell orders for their investors. The group that we have partnered with specialise in investor funding and will secure preferential rates for our investors. The range of products that they are able to provide includes Buy to Let mortgages, bridging loans, equity release vehicles and other business based products.
This is an exciting addition to the range of services that we are now able to offer our growing group of investors.
